Human CD38 CHO-K1 Cell Line
Description
Human CD38 CHO-K1 Cell Line
CD38 (cluster of differentiation 38), also known as cyclic ADP ribose hydrolase, is a glycoprotein on the surface of many immune cells including:
CD4+ cells,
CD8+ cells,
B lymphocytes and
Natural killer cells.
CD38 also functions in cell adhesion, signal transduction and calcium signaling. CD38 is a multifunctional ectoenzyme. The enzyme catalyzes the synthesis and hydrolysis of cyclic ADP-ribose from NAD+ to ADP-ribose. These reaction products are essential for the regulation of intracellular Ca2+.
Cells Online offers Human CD38 CHO-K1 Cell Line for research in immune checkpoints and related immunotherapy.
