Fluorescent Bradikinin Receptor 2 Internalization Assay Cell Line

Description Green Fluorescent B2 Bradykinin Receptor Cell Line contains CHO-K1 cells stably expressing BDKRB2 tagged with tGFP. These Cell lines proliferate in vitro maintaining fluorescent GPCR expression following the cell culture manual. The Green Fluorescent B2 Bradykinin Receptor Cell Line allows to: assay compounds, or analyze their capability to modulate BDKRB2 activation and the following redistribution process inside the cells. When a ligand binds to the BDKRB2, it activates a G protein, which internalizes in big and high intensity vesicles. This cell line has been validated measuring Fluorescent BDKRB2 redistribution by increase of fluorescence surrounding the nuclei using image analysis algorithms. The high reproducibility of this assay allows monitoring B2 Bradykinin Receptor redistribution process in High Throughput Screening.
