Fluorescent Bradikinin Receptor 1 Internalization Assay Cell Line

Description Green Fluorescent B1 Bradykinin Receptor Cell Line contains CHO-K1 cells stably expressing BDKRB1 tagged with tGFP. These Cell lines proliferate in vitro maintaining fluorescent GPCR expression following the cell culture manual. This Green Fluorescent B1 Bradykinin Receptor Cell Line allows to assay compounds, or analyze their capability to modulate BDKRB1 activation and the following redistribution process inside the cells. When a ligand binds to the BDKRB1, it activates a G protein, which internalizes in big and high intensity vesicles. This cell line has been validated measuring Fluorescent BDKRB1 redistribution by increase of fluorescence surrounding the nuclei using image analysis algorithms. The high reproducibility of this assay allows monitoring B1 Bradykinin Receptor redistribution process in High Throughput Screening.
